What each sector asks of us
Oil & gas
Long spans, heavy cable fills and a corrosion regime that rules out anything but HDG or 316L. Load cases are checked before the quote goes out.
Power generation
Support spacing set by the steel, not the ladder. We publish SWL at 3, 4.5 and 6 m so the structural engineer can size once.
Water treatment
Permanently humid, often chlorinated. Stainless in the process halls, galvanised above — spliced at the zone boundary with matched geometry.
Rail & transit
Fire and smoke requirements, plus tight tunnel envelopes. Medium-duty ladder with shallow rails and no protruding edges.
Marine & offshore
All-welded stainless, pickled and passivated after fabrication, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates against each heat number.
Data centres
Routes change through construction. Perforated side rails let supports and cleats land anywhere without site drilling.
