Perforated Metal

Array Metal's perforated metal range includes round, oblong, square and hexagonal hole patterns. Explore the available patterns and compare hole dimensions, pitch and open area. For a quotation, provide your required pattern, material, sheet thickness, dimensions and quantity.

Patterns

Four hole shapes cover the listed range. Filter by shape, arrangement, hole size and open area. These are catalogue pattern references — not stocked SKUs, and not a promise that every combination of material and thickness is available.

Round hole pattern

Round

Circular holes. Pitch may be triangular (60°), diagonal (45°) or rectangular (90°).

Oblong hole pattern

Oblong

Rounded-end slots, specified as width × length. Pitch may be rectangular or staggered.

Square hole pattern

Square

Square openings. Pitch may be triangular, rectangular or diagonal.

Hexagonal hole pattern

Hexagonal

Hexagon holes, measured across flats, on a 60° triangular pitch.

5 listed patterns match these filters. Open area is calculated, not a stock list.

144 patterns from our perforated metal catalogue. Calculator-only arrangements (C-T, CD-M) are not listed. A pattern reference names the geometry, not a finished sheet.

In use

Decorative and architectural work is made to drawing. The panel below is a fabricated world-map example, not a dimensional pattern record.

Enquire

Select a listed pattern and enquire, or specify a custom geometry in the calculator. A pattern reference names the geometry, not a finished sheet. We assess what we can manufacture from your requirement.

What to include

  • Pattern or geometry (reference such as R15T20, or hole size, pitch and arrangement)
  • Material and grade
  • Sheet thickness
  • Overall sheet width and length
  • Quantity
  • Unperforated margins
  • Hole orientation on the sheet
  • Finish
  • Any fabrication (forming, framing, cut-outs)

The calculator collects pattern, material, thickness, sheet size and quantity into the enquiry list. The form accepts image attachments. Email PDF or CAD files to arrayinfo@arraymetal.com.
