Array Metal has rolled, welded and galvanised cable support systems in Shah Alam since 1995. We own the tooling, the presses and the galvanising line — which is why we can quote a non-standard dimension without asking anyone else first.

How we got here
1995
Where it started
Array Metal begins operations at AMJ Industrial Park from a 0.3-acre facility, manufacturing cable support systems as an OEM and specialist manufacturer.
2010
Building our capabilities
Our manufacturing footprint grows to 1.2 acres as we invest in turret punching and laser cutting capabilities and begin exporting to Australia.
2013
A larger manufacturing base
We move into our current 5-acre facility, adding dedicated stainless steel production, in-house pickling and passivation, and capabilities for offshore applications.
2026
Engineering the next generation
Now triple ISO certified, we continue expanding our product range while investing in R&D, engineering and product development for industrial and infrastructure applications.

Roll-forming
Extensive roll-forming lines for Cable Ladder Side Rails and Flexistrut Channels
Press & tooling
Fittings pressed on tooling cut in-house, so a new component is a tooling job, not a supply negotiation.
Welding
Rungs welded on a fixed pitch; stainless assemblies welded, then pickled and passivated.
Hot-dip galvanising
Galvanised after fabrication to BS EN ISO 1461, covering cut edges and welds as well as flat faces.
Quality you can check, not just claim
Load ratings are published against the standard, not against a marketing figure. Material certificates travel with stainless orders. Galvanising is verified by coating thickness, batch by batch.
NEMA VE1-2009
Metallic cable tray systems. Load ratings tested and published against it for every ladder height we roll.
BS EN ISO 1461
Hot-dip galvanised coatings on fabricated iron and steel, verified by coating thickness per batch.
